I don't care about what others think but, as someone who likes drawing on both paper and the computer, I believe this program is awesome (dare to disagree?)

Best:

It's easy to use (I got a hold of it in few seconds because, I have well...tried many similar products)

It has cool feathers

Comes in handy when making a picture 3d

Worst:

Well no big deal but, I haven't found spray paint (I use it often)
