Free image editor with surprisingly powerful features
Between the simplicity of Microsoft Paint and the power of Photoshop there are many possible varieties of image editors. RealWorld Paint is one of them.
This tool lets you create an image from scratch or edit one of your images in an intuitive interface. The program is easy enough to use like any other Paint-like application, but also has some powerful features that you normally don't find in other free graphic editors.
Among the features included in RealWorld Paint you'll find support for layers and masks – just like Photoshop - and a bunch of special effects and filters, image blending, support for gradients and shadows and more, besides the basic drawing and retouching tools. RealWorld Paint may not offer the same array of options you find in professional graphic suites, but it's still a surprising selection of tools for a free editor.
RealWorld Paint has also support for scanners and lets you import images from the clipboard or take a snapshot of your desktop to start working on it.
RealWorld Paint is a free image editor with support for layers, masks and various effects that lets you can create your own drawings and also edit photos.

I call this gem of an app my poor man's version of Adobe PhotoShop! I like making comical political memes and image editing for friends and RWP has professional tools with a quicker, less steep learning curve than Adobe! I've been using it for years now, just popped in to this site to see if it was still around and to check on any updates, and was amazed it's still being offered for free! Newcomers looking in, this site is secure and trustworthy, offering a clean, bug-free program to download, have no fears. Hats off to Softonic for being user friendly and scam-free, nothing up their sleeve! More

love it.
What I like most about this program apart from all technical things is it's look on Full HD screen. Icons are really big. Just love to work with it. More

This program is cool.
I don't care about what others think but, as someone who likes drawing on both paper and the computer, I believe this program is awesome (dare to disagree?) Pros:
It's easy to use (I got a hold of it in few seconds because, I have well...tried many similar products)It has cool feathersComes in handy when making a picture 3d
Cons:
Well no big deal but, I haven't found spray paint (I use it often) More
